Exchange & Refund Policy - EGYPT
To give our customers confidence to shop with us, our store offers a full refund within 7 days of purchase to the value of the goods returned and also offers an exchange within 7 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
Returned items should be in their original and resellable condition, with all tags attached.
Orders purchased using any offer, promotion, discount, or special deal are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for a refund. Exchange requests for promotional orders must be made within 3 days of purchase.
